Hailing from the great city of Cincinnati, Ohio, Come On Caboose began as a solo project for singer/songwriter Coran Stetter. Recording demos in his bedroom, initial live shows were filled out by friends and local musicians willing to lend a hand. In April 2009, Come On Caboose recorded the "Wave Maker" EP in Indianapolis, Indiana at Queensize Studio with Tyler Watkins (Margot and the Nuclear So and So's).



After showcases at CMJ, Dayton Music Fest, and Mid Point Music Fest, Come On Caboose released physical copies of "Wave Maker" in November 2009. 2010 saw some regional touring and another MPMF showcase before Come On Caboose took time off to focus on other projects.
