Susan began to pursue a career in the music industry in 2002, gaining experience in a variety of part-time jobs and internships.

In 2003, Susan began full-time employment at Chugg Entertainment as the Asst to the GM and in the years that followed she worked in a variety of roles including Tour Coordinator and Marketing Manager. In May 2010, Susan took on the role of GM Touring, managing the touring team under the company Directors, Michael Chugg and Matthew Lazarus-Hall.

Some highlights in her career include working with acts such as Radiohead, Coldplay, Robbie Williams, John Mayer, City and Colour, Jason Mraz, Bob Dylan, Dolly Parton and Pearl Jam as well as a number of large-scale charity events including Wave Aid and Sound Relief.

In December 2003, Susan began full-time employment with MCE as the Assistant to the GM and in the years that followed, she worked in a variety of roles in the company including Tour Coordinator and Marketing Manager. In May 2010, Chugg Entertainment went through period of expansion and a subsequent restructure of the company saw Susan take on the role of GM Touring, managing the touring team under the company Directors, Michael Chugg and Matthew Lazarus-Hall.
