Jaime is International Manager at Native Tongue Music Publishing, an independent music publisher with offices in Melbourne, Auckland and London.

Native Tongue represent some of Australia & New Zealand's finest songwriters, including:

Strange Talk, Dave Dobbyn, Don McGlashan, The Black Seeds, Hollie Smith, The Phoenix Foundation, Gin Wigmore, Warren Maxwell (Trinity Roots, Fat Freddy’s Drop), Goldenhorse, Sola Rosa, Cut Off Your Hands, Clairy Browne & The Bangin' Rackettes and The Waifs.

Native Tongue also administers the works of overseas writers and catalogues for Australia and New Zealand. Overseas catalogues include: Beggars Music, Domino Publishing Co, Elvis Presley Music, Imagem Music, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Roy Orbison and Westbury Music. Native Tongue also has direct deals with international writers including Tom Waits, Spandau Ballet, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Will Oldham, Freelance Whales, St. Lucia and Electric Guest.

Jaime moved to the UK in September 2009 to expand Native Tongue’s operations in the UK, Europe and US markets.

Jaime started as Copyright and Royalties manager in 2004 before becoming Creative Manager in 2007 where his role evolved to include A&R, Licensing and International catalogue management.

Jaime has also worked at Native Tongue's associated music licensing company Mana Music doing music supervision and prior to that at Mayday Management representing The Go-Betweens, Mia Dyson, Renee Geyer and David Bridie.
