Alex Luke is currently EVP of A&R for EMI Music, working with developing and established artists across the Astralwerks, Virgin and Capitol Records rosters. He previously managed the global music programming and label relations teams at iTunes and Napster, and established some of the now standardized international programs in the digital music space, including the iTunes Single of the Week.

Prior to working in the digital music space, Alex spent 14 years in radio, beginning with a start at college radio, at KANM, Texas A&M. That led to an extensive career in commercial Alternative radio, with Music Director, Program Director and on-air stints at KDGE Dallas, KPNT St. Louis, Q101 Chicago, and Indie 103.1 Los Angeles, amongst others.
