Caryn Ganz started at SPIN in 2001 as an Editorial Assistant and left five years later as an Associate Editor of the magazine. After moving to MTV News for a year, she was named Deputy Editor of RollingStone.com. Prior to returning to SPIN as Editor in Chief, Ganz wrote and edited a Yahoo! music blog, the Amplifier. She is the co-author of Pixies oral history 'Fool the World,' and her 2010 cover story on Nicki Minaj for Out magazine was recognized in Da Capo's 2011 Best Music Writing anthology.
