As an author and lecturer on the topics of celebrity Wills and estate planning, Herbert E. Nass,Esq. frequently appears on television talk shows and news reports, which have included "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "Larry King Live," "Entertainment Tonight," "The Insider," "The Early Show," "Today in New York," "The O'Reilly Factor" and Court TV, CNN and Fox News. Herbert Nass has written three books, "Wills of the Rich & Famous," which was first published by Warner Books in 1991, Wills of the Rich & Famous updated and in hardcover, published in 2000 by Gramercy Books, a division of Random House and his third book, "The 101 Biggest Estate Planning Mistakes" which was published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc in November of 2009. Herb Nass manages his own law firm with offices located in New York City, Harrison, New York and Norwalk, Connecticut. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and California. "Herbert E. Nass & Associates" specializes in Wills, estates and trusts, and all probate and estate related matters. The firm also represents numerous visual artists and art collectors. Mr. Nass previously was associated with the New York law firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Tenzer, Greenblatt. Herb Nass was graduated from Horace Mann High School in Riverdale, New York, majored in Art History at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from the N.Y.U. School of Law in 1984. He is a member of The Harmonie Club in New York City and Beach Point Club located in Mamaroneck, New York.
